My approach

I am passionate about yoga and the changes it can bring to people's lives.

Yoga is for everyone and I believe it can help us move towards a stronger body, a calmer mind and great connection with our communities. 

I teach a flowing Hatha style of yoga and will guide you gently through traditional  poses with some pauses as I support you into poses that are right for your body.

I will also introduce some simple breathing techniques that you can use at any time to help you feel centred and balanced.
